Books are held every night: just open one and start enjoying it. However, those nights in Madrid on April 20 and 21 will be more special. Book shops, libraries, cultural institutions and many other places of the city have programmed extraordinary activities with a common protagonist: books. Literature meets with readers in an extensive program that fills Madrid full of talks with writers, lectures, discussions, signing times, workshops, stories, music, exhibitions…

The Museo ABC, with the cooperation of Edelvives publisher, joins the celebration of The Book’s Night with an event where reading and music complement each other.

Iztiar Miranda, a renowned actress and coauthor of the Miranda collection, is the person in charge of reading four of her work’s passages about the life of Hedy Lamarr, Jane Goodall, Emily Brönte and Frida Khalo, dramatized by María José Hipólito, Katia Klein, Lidia Palazuelos and Mónica Serrano and accompanied by the cello player Ainhoa Urivelarrea, who will entertain the evening by playing special pieces selected for each moment of the performance.

At the end of the event, you will be able to enjoy a funny party with music and snacks. You will obtain the entrance by buying a book in the Edelvives space of the museum.
