MORNING ACTIVITIES FOR SCHOOL HOLIDAYS

Museo ABC pretends to help parents conciliate their work with their family life. Therefore, we propose special activities for working days that are holidays in the school calendar.

Children from 5 to 12 years old, accompanied by museology experts, will take part in art workshops. Children will enjoy gallery talks to the exhibitions, they will create their own costumes, they will design imaginary cities, they will learn the lives of the most remarkable artists of our History, they will have fun discovering all the spaces of the Museum in our gymkanas, and, of course, they will draw, and draw and draw!

CALENDAR (school holidays but working days for parents)
FRIDAY NOVEMBER 2ND (Halloween bank holiday): Pintacuentos [Tale-drawing]. Art workshop + tour to the exhibition about Mexican contemporary drawings for children

FRIDAY JANUARY 4^TH (Christmas holiday): A snowing concert

FRIDAY MARCH 1^ST (“White week” half term): Bugs and other relatives

MONDAY MARCH 4^TH (“White week” half term): Much more than muses

FRIDAY APRIL 12^TH (Easter): Treasure Island

DAILY PROGRAM:
9 to 9.15 a.m. Start time
9.15 to 11 a.m. Activities and workshops
11 to 11.30 a.m. Lunch break
11.30 a.m. to 1.45 p.m. Activities and workshops
1.45 p.m. to 2 p.m. Finish time

 Were the Museum obliged to cancel a children’s’ workshop for not reaching the required minimum of assistants, families would be informed five days in advance.
