PET DAY

More and more, walking, traveling and working with our dog is a real possibility in many cities. Towns as Madrid are committed to a model of coexistence where pets are welcome in public spaces as the subway, shops and restaurants. We understand that the animals that live with us can be our company (under certain civic rules). Behind this love for animals is the boom of dog friendly tourism that we want to support from the Museo ABC.  after the festivity of a saint of deep tradition in Madrid as it is the day of San Antón.

Thus on January 18th (after the Day of Saint Antón) the Museum proposes to seal its commitment to pets by enjoying the Pet Day.

During the day, all pets coming to the Museum will have access to the glass room where students of the Master of Professional Illustration of the IADE (Artistic Teaching Institution) will be making quick portraits of the pets that will then be given as a gift to the owners of the animals. Furthermore, Snau (a care center for dogs) will be present and prepare some surprise for the attendees.

From this day, the Museo ABC will welcome all visitors who want to attend with their pets to the exhibitions or activities (see access rules in the post «Visit» on this website).
