A MESSAGE FOR ANABEL

Catalogue of the second edition of the exhibition project Conexiones from Fundación Banco Santander and Museo ABC, where the young artist Juan Carlos Bracho reflects on contemporary art collecting.

The catalogue contains the reproductions of the works from Colección Santander and the funds Museo ABC that inspired the artist and a series of texts that explain his creative process and his particular way of working: the multipage, which are printouts done in the artist’s house as part of the production of his large-format photographs. Over time, the artist has built a parallel collection of these multipages that once were sketches or previous work material to the artwork. It can be seen as a starting point to reflect on the Banco Santander’s and ABC collections and on current collectings.
