Mariscal immerses the reader into the multidisciplinary world of the “factory” through a wide selection of works gathered over forty years. Javier Mariscal shows his artwork, writes about his career and claims that his real job is a cartoonist. With just a pencil and paper he has created: Cobi –the 1992 Summer Olympic Games of Barcelona mascot–, furniture for Vinçon or Vondom, the design of the Gran Hotel Domine Bilbao and the H&M store in Barcelona, the Onda Cero and La Caixa trademarks; the image and communication of Camper for Kids or the 32^nd America’s Cup, and, most recently, the animated film Chico&Rita.
