THE ROLE OF ‘LA MOVIDA’

The Role Of “La Movida” is a sampling of art on paper of the underground scene that was originated in Madrid during the 80’s. “La Movida” changed fashion, music, film, art… and eight renowned writers specialized in these areas try to explain it. While “La Movida” was at its peak, the reformist section “Gente y aparte” is created and was released every Saturday –since April 1987– on the ABC newspaper.
